SPR# KYOE76S6NW - Fixed a problem where the new mail/alarm polling unexpectedly stops when navigating views in outline. It was caused because OnBeforeUnload handler is unexpectedly called in IE so that polling is unexpectedly stopped. Also, OnUnload handler is not called in Firefox so that flags in Cookie and local store is not cleared, then polling can not be restarted.
